Infinity Goods delivers groceries without the packaging waste

We deliver your goods to your door. We deliver all orders between 6-9 PM each day, so that we can catch you when you are at home.

When we hand over your goods, we take back containers from any previous deliveries. If you're not done with a container, that's okay! Just hand back the ones you’re done with at that time, and we'll get the others at later deliveries.

Infinity Goods reuses it's containers to create a closed loop, zero-waste delivery.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is there a deposit on the containers?

Starting April 1, 2020, we will begin charging for each container that we deliver in to you. That "deposit" ranges from $0.65 - $2.00, depending on the container. But worry not! Deposits will be 100% returned to you if and when the container is returned to us. We ask that the containers be returned in the same condition as they were given (i.e., no new cracks, sticker intact, no rust on the lids). You also now have the option to skip the jar. We don't charge deposits on our canvas tote bags and produce bags, so all of them must be returned at your next delivery.

Can I keep the containers?

Infinity Goods prides itself on its reusable container system. When you return the container to us, we sanitize and reuse them, eliminating packaging waste and the need for more containers (#nonewstuff). But, you can also choose to keep a container for as long as you want, even forever. If you do, we'll hold on to your deposit and consider it your payment for buying the jar. All canvas tote bags and produce bags in your delivery must be returned at your next delivery. Tote and produce bags that have not been returned to us within 3 months will incur a $4 charge per bag.

What if I’m not done with a container by next order?

Not a problem, you can still hold on to it. You don't have to be done with all the containers before you place your next order. At each delivery, we just take back whatever you're ready to return. However, all canvas tote bags and produce bags in your delivery must be returned at your next delivery.

Can I return containers before I place a new order?

You may! You can always request a pickup, even when you're not ready to place a new order. Just checkout by choosing a pickup date, and we'll pick up the containers on that date after 6 PM. To avoid theft or dirtying, please only leave out items on the date of your pickup, before 6 PM.

What if I don't want the container to begin with?

For select items, if you don't want us to deliver in the jar, you can click the checkbox next to "I don't need the jar!". Instead, we'll deliver you a "refill" in a 100% recyclable and compostable brown paper bag. We'll deliver the same amount of food as if you were to get the jar. You can return the paper bag to us and we'll compost it. Or you can hold on to it for whatever you please (maybe a fancy hat?). And of course, since you don't get the jar, we won't charge a container deposit for that item. Note: for items like olive oil or peanut butter, we can't skip the container.

How does Same Day Delivery work?

We are currently not offering same day delivery for groceries during the COVID-19 outbreak. But if your order is placed before 8 PM, we offer next day delivery. For orders placed after 8 PM, we’ll deliver on a future delivery day that you choose. And fear not, we only obtain and package your goods fresh the day of your delivery. We are offering same-day delivery for restaurant takeout. Order by 3 PM for same-day delivery.

What if I live in an apartment?

We deliver to you. Just please make sure to meet us at the front of your complex or let us know any instructions for getting to your door.

What if I live outside your delivery area?

We now offer curbside pickup on Thursdays and Fridays! You can pick up your orders then between 6-8 PM at our designated pickup spot, 1165 S Broadway, Denver, CO 80210. Park in the parking lot, and give us a text or ring, and we'll come out with your plastic-free groceries.

What kinds of food do you deliver?

Foods like fresh produce, bread, tofu, eggs, oils, pantry goods, coffee, energy bars, and a whole lot more! You can browse our marketplace to see exactly what we offer.

What if there’s a food I want that you don’t offer?

Please let us know if there’s something you want that we don't have by using our contact form! We’re working to continuously expand our selection of zero-waste foods, so that you can get all the foods you love, without the plastic packaging waste.

What about emissions from delivery driving?

By delivering all orders at once, we can use our optimized route technology which allows us to save fuel and reduce emissions.

Is there a delivery fee?

We charge a "Delivery & Cleaning" fee of $4.99 for orders below $50 and $6.99 for orders above $50.

How does restaurant takeout work?

Infinity Goods is piloting a new restaurant delivery service where we deliver ready-to-eat meals in stainless steel tiffins. To order, enter our market and choose a restaurant from the "Restaurant Takeout" drop-down menu. Then add menu items to your cart and checkout as normal. There is an initial $12 fee on your first order, to cover the cost of the tiffin. After that, you only pay for the food and the delivery & sanitation fee of $3.99 on each order. When we deliver your tiffin meal, we'll take back your previous tiffin, sanitize it, and reuse it. Curbside pickup is also available. Restaurant takeout is currently available Tues - Sunday, with deliveries occuring between 5 - 8 PM. Order by 3 PM for same-day delivery. Tiffins must be returned within 3 weeks of delivery or you will be charged the full price of the tiffin ($16 for two tier or $20 for three tier).
